Banteay Meanchey: On Thursday and Friday , 11-12 September 2025, under the support from SOLIDAR SUISSE, Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) organized a training course on safe migration, human trafficking, violence against women, and the code of ethical recruitment agency , located in Ou Ruessei Village, SangKat Ou Ruessei , Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province. The session had 17participants, 12 females. Of those, were all community support group members. The purpose of the course is to enhance the capacity and knowledge of participants, who are community support groups so that they can disseminate to their communities to be part of contributing to reducing unsafe migration, human trafficking, and domestic violence, and to disseminate information regarding technical and vocational training programs (TVET) in Banteay Meanchey province, which is part of raising the income of both skilled and unskilled citizens and having the opportunity to find work or strengthen your skills to get better jobs and higher salaries in line with local labor market needs and reduce migration. #CWCC #SOLIDAR #CASMART

Banteay Meanchey: On Tuesday–Wednesday, 9–10 September 2025, at Sophi Primary School, Sophi Kandal Village, Sophi Commune, O’Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC), with support from SOLIDA SUISSE, organized a two-day training course for members of Savings Groups (SGs) on the topic of: “Orientation Before Migration and Financial Planning/Financial Literacy” Participants included 15 members from Run Village who are members of Saving Group and 14 members were the members of Saving Group from Sophi Kandal Village, making a total of 29 participants (27 of whom were women), plus 2 facilitators. The purpose of this training was to provide knowledge and skills to savings group members so they can share and disseminate information with the community or individuals preparing to migrate. The training aimed to Enhance financial literacy to strengthen women migrant workers’ economic resilience, reduce human trafficking and exploitation in all forms in migration destination areas, through safer migration practices, help participants identify their resources, strengths, and challenges in dealing with migration and reintegration, introduce how to set SMART goals and savings strategies, promote gender equality and shared responsibilities between workers and their families in setting goals, creating financial plans, and making decisions and support access to opportunities and partner organizations that provide skills training, investment, entrepreneurship, and other services. #CWCC #SOLIDAR #CASMART #CWCC #SOLIDAR #CASMART

On Tuesday and Wednesday, 06-07 May 2025, under the support from SOLIDAR SUISSE, Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) has been implementing a project called “Community Action for Safe migration and Reduction of Trafficking” (CASMART). As part of this project, CWCC organized a training course on safe migration, human trafficking, violence against women, and the code of ethical recruitment agency at Kva Lech Secondary School, located in Kvav Lech Village, Svay Chek Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province. The session had 14 participants (all female) and of those were all the community support group members.

As part of this project, CWCC organized a training course on safe migration, human trafficking, violence against women, and the code of ethics of recruitment agencies at Hun Sen Taben Secondary School, located in Kok Rokar Village, Taben Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province. The session had 15 participants, all were women, including 15 community support group members and 1 CCWC member.
