CWCC is operated by Cambodians and led by an executive management team, including an Executive Director, a Program Manager, a Finance Manager, a Human Resources Coordinator, and 4 Regional Managers. We have a Board of 5 Directors, 47 staff members (14 men). There are 7 staff members in the head office (5 females), 13 in Phnom Penh (9 females), 11 in Siem Reap Provincial Office (8 females), 7 in Banteay Meanchey Provincial Office (4 females), 9 in Kampong Thom Provincial Office.
