Promoting Community Network to Protect Women and Children Survivors Strengthen the capacity of duty-bearers and communities to monitor and intervene in cases related to violence against women. Duty-bearers and members of community network are trained and able to protect vulnerable women and children and marginalized group such as LBTI by intervening in cases related to violence against women in the communities including refer for services.
