ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ៖  កាលពីថ្ងៃពុធ ៥រោច ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីម្ចាស់ជំនួយ SOLIDAR SUISSE  អង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្រ្តីមានវិបត្តិ (អ.ក.ស.វ) ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងគម្រោងប្រចាំឆមាស ស្តីពី “ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស” ជាមួយនិងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងស្រុក/ក្រុងគោលដៅចំនួន៣ មានដូចជា៖ ស្រុកម៉ាឡៃ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ និងក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។ កិច្ចប្រជុំប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកស្រី សំ សូផាណង ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការពិគ្រោះយោបល់កិច្ចការស្ត្រី និងកុមារ (គ.ក.ស.ក) ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ។ ដែលមានសមាសភាពអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន២៤នាក់ (ស្រី១៨នាក់) អញ្ជើញមកពី គណៈកម្មាធិការពិគ្រោះយោបល់កិច្ចការស្ត្រី និងកុមារ (គ.ក.ស.ក) ចំនួន០១នាក់ ប៉ុស្តិ៍នគរបាលរដ្ឋបាលចំនួន០៨នាក់  គណៈកម្មការទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការនារី និងកុមារឃុំ (គ.ក.ន.ក) ចំនួន០៨នាក់ សមាជិកក្រុមជួយខ្លួនឯងចំនួន០៤នាក់ និងសមាជិកក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់ចំនួន០៣នាក់។ 

គោលបំណង នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុំបញ្ចាំងគម្រោងប្រចាំឆមាស គឺពិភាក្សាទៅលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា ដំណោះស្រាយ និងការអនុវត្តល្អរបស់គម្រោង។ ក្រុមនីមួយៗដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីតាមតំបន់គោលដៅរបស់គម្រោង បានធ្វើការពិភាក្សាគ្នា ព្រមទាំងចាត់តំណាងក្រុមឱ្យឡើងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនដល់គណៈអធិបតី និងអង្គពិធីប្រជុំទាំងមូល។ ជាលទ្ធផលនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង “ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស” ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការល្អរវាងអាជ្ញាធរ និងអ.ក.ស.វ ការចូលរួមពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្រុមបណ្តាញ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ការចុះអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពផ្សព្វផ្សាយ អំពីការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ ទទួលបានលទ្ធផលល្អប្រសើរ ទៅតាមផែនការ កាត់បន្ថយការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកដោយប្រថុយប្រថាន និងកម្រិតអំពើហិង្សាមកលើស្ត្រី និងកុមារនៅតាមសហគមន៍មានការថយចុះ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះគម្រោងក៏បានផ្តល់មូលនិធិដើម្បីបង្កើតមុខរបរខ្នាតតូច និងបង្កើតក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់នៅតាមសហគមន៍គោលដៅ ដែលបានជួយសម្រួលដល់ជីវភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យបានប្រសើរ នឹងមិនមានការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកដោយខុសច្បាប់៕ 

Banteay Meanchey: On October 04th, 2023, under funding support from SOLIDAR SUISSE, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) organized the annual reflection meeting on “Safe Migration and Human Trafficking” with stakeholders in 3 target districts such as Malai district, O’Chrov district and Poipet city. The annual reflection meeting was presided over by Ms. Sam Sophanong, chairperson of the Women’s and Children Consultative Committee (WCCC) of the O’Chrov district with a total of 24 participants (18 females); from the Women’s and Children Consultative Committee (01 participant), the Commune Police Post Administration (08 participants), the Commune Committee for Women and Children (08 participants), the Self-help Group’s representative (04 participants) and the Saving Group’s representative (03 participants). 

The purpose of the annual reflection meeting was to discuss the challenges, solutions, and good practices of the project implementation. Each group from the target district area of the project discussed and assigned a group representative to present to the chairmen and the whole meeting. As a result, with good cooperation between the authorities and CWCC, the full participation of self-help groups and stakeholders, and awareness raising on Safe Migration and Domestic Violence in the community, the project has achieved good results in line with the plan. Moreover, it has reduced unsafe migration and violence against women and children in the community. In addition, the project also provided funding to set up small businesses and saving groups in the target communities, which have improved the livelihood of people and prevented unsafe migration.
