កំពង់ធំ៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៦កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹង ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី តាមរយៈអង្គការ Action on Poverty (AoP) អង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្ត្រីមានវិបត្តិ (អកសវ) បានរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចសិក្សា មួយសម្រាប់ក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់ស្ត្រី ទៅកាន់ភូមិស្តុកស្តម្ភ ឃុំជ្រាប់ ស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ដោយមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមមកពី ក្រុមសន្សំស្ត្រីទាំង១២ភូមិ ដែលមានចំនួនសរុបចំនួន២៦នាក់។ ដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹង ព្រមទាំងបទពិសោធន៍ អំពីដំណើរការនៃការសន្សំប្រាក់ជាក្រុម ការបង្កើតមុខរបបខ្នាតតូចនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ដែលស្រ្តីរស់នៅ ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលនៅក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័ររវាងបុរស និងស្រ្តី នៅក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងសហគមន៍។ នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចសិក្សា និងតាមរយៈការចែករលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីគណៈកម្មាការក្រុមសន្សំភូមិស្តុកស្តម្ភ ក្រុមសន្សំស្ត្រីទាំង១២ភូមិ ទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មីៗមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖ បទពិសោធន៍បន្ថែមទាក់ទងនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមសន្សំ ការដោះស្រាយហានិភ័យរបស់ក្រុមសន្សំ ការកៀរគរសមាជិកចូលរួមក្រុមប្រាក់សន្សំ និងការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូចបណ្តុះផ្សិតចំបើង (ការរៀបចំរោង បច្ចេកទេសបណ្តុះផ្សិត ការថែទាំ និងការល់ផលិតផល) ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលនៅក្នុងគ្រួសារ។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ក្រុមសន្សំស្ត្រីទាំង១២ភូមិ ក៏បានធ្វើការប្រជុំដើម្បីធ្វើការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង នូវអ្វីដែលក្រុមបានសិក្សារៀនសូត្រតាមរយៈដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចនេះ មានដូចជា៖ ចំណុចដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍ខ្លាំងជាងគេ ចំណុចដែលអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តន៍បាន និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា៕
Kampong Thom: On 23 June 2023, With funding support from Australian Aid through Action on Poverty (AoP), the Cambodian Women's Crisis Center (CWCC) organized the exchange visit for Women Saving Group (WSG) to Sdok Sdam village, Chroab Commune, Santuk District, Kampong Thom province, with the participation from the members of WSG from 12 villages, in a total of 26 people. The exchange visit aims to explore the experiences and broaden their understanding about the process of Saving Group (SG), the establishment of small-scale businesses in the communities in order to increase family income and promote gender equity within families and communities. At the end of the exchange visit, the members of WSGs from the 12 villages gained new knowledge and experiences on how to manage the SGs effectively, risk management of the SGs, how to mobilize new members of the SGs, and small-scale straw mushroom cultivation technique (setting up the hall, techniques maintenance, and storage of products) to increase household income. In addition, a reflection meeting was conducted to discuss on their most interesting topics, challenges, and their learning which could be practical for their groups.
