ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពី កម្មវិធីសុវត្ថិភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ អង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO) និងអង្គការ Atikha Overseas Workers and Communities Initiatives Inc. អង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្ត្រីមានវិបត្តិ (CWCC) សហការជាមួយនឹងមន្ទីរការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បានធ្វើការរៀបចំបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសម្រាប់ពលករចំណាកស្រុក ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការលើកកំពស់ចំណេះដឹងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឆ្ពោះទៅភាពអង់អាចផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដល់ស្ត្រីពលករទេសន្តរប្រវេសន៍ក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន” ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការលើកកំពស់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងបញ្ជ្រាបដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅឃុំព្រៃគុយ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមដែលជាស្ត្រីពលករចំណាកស្រុកសរុបចំនួន ២០នាក់ មកពីភូមិចំនួនបួនគឺ៖ ភូមិអន្លង់លោក ភូមិព្រៃគុយ ភូមិព្រៃគុយ(ក) និងភូមិកំពង់ក្របី។

ជាលទ្ធផលនៅក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃនេះ សិក្ខាកាមទទួលបានធាតុចូលច្រើនដូចជា ការធ្វើទេសន្តរប្រវេសន៍ដោយសុវត្ថិភាព ការគ្រប់គ្រងថវិកា និងការចាកចេញពីបំណុលជាដើម ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ថា នឹងធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសារ សាច់ញាតិ ក៏ដូចជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ដែលមានបំណងចង់ធ្វើទេសន្តរប្រវេសន៍ទៅធ្វើការនៅក្រៅប្រទេស។ 

Under funds supported by the ILO (Safe and Faire Program), Atikha Overseas Workers and Communities Initiatives Inc., Cambodian Women Crisis Center (CWCC) organization in collaboration with the Department of Labor Vocational Training (DoLVT) Kampong Thom, delivered the training for Labor Migration workers on “Enhanced Financial Literacy Towards Economic Empowerment of Women Migrant Workers in ASEAN” as a part of promoting disseminating and mainstreaming to people in the community. The training course was held from May 22 – 23, 2023 at Prey Kuy commune, Kampong Svay district of Kampong Thom province. A total of 20 female labor migration workers from four villages such as Anlong Louk, Prey Kuy, Prey Kuy ka, and Kampong Krabei village. 

As a result, within two-day training, the participants absorbed new knowledge such as Safe migration, Financial Planning, and Getting out of Debt, as well as with a high commitment to continue to promote dissemination further their family members as well as labor migration workers who desire to migrate seeking jobs abroad.
