ថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ-អង្គារ៍-ពុធ ០៤-០៥-០៦កើត ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៤ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១-២២-២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ អង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្រ្តីមានវិបត្តិ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពី Solidar Suisse បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្តីពី ការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកដោយសុវត្ថិភាព អំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការបង្រ្កាបអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស  និងអំពើធ្វើអាជីវកម្មផ្លូវភេទ ដល់អភិបាលរងស្រុក អនុប្រធានច្រកអន្តរជាតិព្រំ ចៅសង្កាត់ និងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សា មន្រ្តីនគរបាលនៃអធិការដ្ឋាន ប៉ុស្តិ៍រដ្ឋបាល និងវរៈព្រំដែន សរុបចំនួន២៧នាក់ ក្រោមអធីបតីភាពលោកជំទាវ ជា លាភ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តប៉ៃលិន។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណង ធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាព និងចំណេះដឹងអំពីចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព អំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណជនរងគ្រោះ និងច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជូនទៅថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីដែលទទួលបន្ទុកការងារប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរ មនុស្សនៅ ថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីតួនាទី ភារកិច្ច និងពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តការងារកាន់តែប្រសើរ។ លោកជំទាវ ជា លាភ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ ហើយក៏ស្របនឹងទិសដៅឆ្នាំ២០២០ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្សផងដែរ។

On 21-23 September, 2020, Cambodian Womens Crisis Center (CWCC), With support of Solidar Suisse, provided a 3-day training on Safe Migration, Human Trafficking and Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation to a total 27 representatives who are Deputy District Governor, Deputy Chief of Prom International Border Crossing Point, Commune Chief and members of CCWC, police officers from District Inspectorate, Commune Administration Post and Border Patrol under presidency of H.E Chea Leap, Deputy Governor of Pailin Province.

The training was to build the capacity and knowledge on Safe Migration, Human Trafficking and Victim Identification, and related laws of the sub-national governmental officers in charge of anti-human trafficking to better understanding about their role, duty and performance.

H.E Chea Leap emphasized that the training was really important and it was align with 2020 plan of NCCT.
